Our Story

Whilst on a tour of Italy to research cutting-edge designs and material use, I became aware of the huge potential in utilising natural stone for both modern and traditional interiors.

 

With our shared backgrounds in construction and passion for design, my brother Yousif and I decided to start Granite and Marble International in 1992.

 

Together we established GMI with a focus on luxury interior projects and a determination to succeed within the industry by continually delivering the highest standard results possible. Since the day we began business every project we have worked on since has been treated as if it was in our own homes. We take great pride in every single job we have delivered, big or small, right from a bespoke geometric design onyx flooring to a simple marble table top.

 

Our sustained success over the past quarter of a century is the result of the loyalty of our clients and the full commitment of our fantastic team, who continually go above and beyond to produce stunning work.
